Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and NEXUSIUM PRIMUS LLC ("Khetha", "we", "us"), a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States. They govern your use of this website (khetha.app, "the Site") and the Khetha mobile and web application ("the App"). By creating an account in the App, signing in, or otherwise using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Khetha.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the App. You must provide accurate information about yourself, including your real date of birth. One account per person; you may not use Khetha if we have previously removed you from the service.

3. Description of the service

Khetha is a dating app that facilitates connections between adults who identify as men and adults who identify as women. Access is by invitation, and using Khetha does not guarantee that you will be matched with anyone.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

Khetha has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send, or share content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit without consent, exploitative, deceptive, or that depicts or involves anyone under 21. You may not impersonate others, run scams, solicit money, or contact people who have asked you to stop. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible, without notice and without refund. See also our Community Guidelines.

5. Your content

You own the content you post in the App — your photos, prompts, and messages. By posting it you grant us a licence to host and display it to other users as part of the service. You are responsible for what you post: only share content you have the right to share, and only photos of yourself.

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Every profile and conversation in the App includes tools to report objectionable content and to block the user involved. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and accounts that breach these Terms face content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban. Blocking is immediate: a blocked user cannot see your profile or contact you. You can also report conduct by emailing legal@khetha.app.

7. Subscriptions

Some App features require a paid subscription. On Android, subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account; on the web and iPhone, they are billed by card through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time — on Android through Google Play, and on the web or iPhone in the app under Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; periods already paid for are not refunded except where the law requires it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can delete your App account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.

10. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and the App are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Khetha does not conduct criminal background checks on users; use good judgement when meeting people. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khetha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be referred to the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
