Email support@khetha.app for help with your account, subscription questions, reporting a problem, or anything else about the app.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your Khetha account.
- A short description of the issue or your question.
- Your device and operating system (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or Pixel 9 on Android 15).
Response time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. For urgent or time-sensitive matters, please add "Urgent" to your email subject line.
Subscriptions and billing
On Android, manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. On the web or iPhone, manage or cancel it in the app under Settings → Manage Subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@khetha.app and we'll help.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and data at any time. See our Delete account page for details.
