Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Khetha subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. Khetha is operated by NEXUSIUM PRIMUS LLC.
Subscriptions
Some Khetha features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) until you cancel. The price and billing period are always shown before you subscribe.
How to cancel
- Android (Google Play): cancel any time in your Google Play account under Subscriptions.
- Web and iPhone: cancel any time in the app under Settings → Manage Subscription.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
Where a refund is required by law (for example, certain consumer-protection rights), it will be honoured. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund policy; contact Google Play for store-billed refunds.
