Community Guidelines

Khetha is built for real, intentional connection. These guidelines apply across Khetha — on the mobile and web app, and to any conduct in the Khetha community. They exist to keep everyone — but especially women — safe.

1. Be honest

Use your real name, real photos, and accurate information about yourself. Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your circumstances is a breach of these guidelines.

2. Be respectful

Harassment, hate speech, sexual content sent without consent, threats, intimidation, and any form of abuse are not tolerated. Disagreement is fine; cruelty is not.

3. Stay safe

Do not share other people's personal information without their consent. If you ever feel unsafe, contact us at legal@khetha.app or the South African Police Service in an emergency.

4. No commercial conduct

Khetha is for personal connection. Do not use it for advertising, recruitment, sex work, or any commercial purpose.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Email legal@khetha.app to report a breach. We may remove content, terminate accounts, or report conduct to law enforcement at our discretion.
